We’re dedicated to applying tangible process and solid strategy to the work we do. Whether it’s a naming, identity or website design project, we delve into levels of discovery, research, questioning and thought well before we start designing. Problem Analysis

    • 0.1 Initiate
      Initial engagement, project planning and kick off session to understand your goals, key communication objectives, and opportunities. Download our Brand Strength Assessment Worksheet here.
    • 0.2 Research & Listen
      Brand audit, competitive analysis, market research, office/site visit, stakeholder interviews, brand immersion, analysis findings. 
    • 0.3 Plan
      Presentation of opportunities and recommendations (scope of work, estimates and timelines).

      Brand discovery session with you and key stakeholders/management.

      Development of actions, story, and filters, brand language, e.g., tagline and boiler language).

      Name generation, screening, and trademark testing. Idea generation. Identity concepts.
    • 1.4 Market Strategy and Content Planning
      Integration with existing marketing communications plan. Social media strategy. Brand launch strategy. Online marketing (SEO) strategy. Print and web content strategy and planning. Website Phase Zero.
  • 2. Activating the Brand
    • 2.1 Identity Creation
      Creative brief, identity system development, and refinement.
    • 2.2 Touchpoint Application
      Application of concepts, iterations, and final design proofs (print and web), style guide creation.
  • 3. Delivering the Brand
    • 3.1 Production and Quality Control
      Studio layout production of digital files, project management, and print/web production of brand touchpoint assets and delivery.
    • 3.2 Brand Launch
      Internal and external launch planning and development of launch materials, announcements, and any internal/external communications as required.
    • 3.3 Brand Maintenance
      Ongoing council to support you in effectively maintaining your new brand—including website management, social media creation (if required), recurring audit of brand and marketing materials.

Project Completion
