Two of our favourite writers, Chuck Palahniuk and Douglas Coupland are performing a rare joint reading at UBC at 7:30 on February 27th. It is an interesting combo. Both writers make their subject matter out of the more absurd fragments of our pop culture but their individual foci reside on two very distinct extremes of the experience. Be warned: if Chuck chooses to read the first story from Haunted, make sure that you bring some Tums.
