Executives at Sony BMG and EMI have said they plan to begin rolling out CDs with technology designed to limit copying. The technology allows buyers to burn onto CDs only three full copies of a disc’s songs, and the burned discs cannot be copied! As always, there are compatability issues, the discs cannot be transfered directly to your iPod. I wonder how long it will take for someone to crack this?
