So it has taken quite some time to make my first post but here’s just a small rant from my passing observations. Ben has been itching for that gun metal MackBook Pro that will likely never see the light of day, so for those of you who want an impressive colour job on your laptop, ipod, or almost anything for that matter, then go visit Colorware. You can do just about any colour on different sections and see it previewed – all for only $450+! Alternatively you can always pop down to your local home hardware and grab a can of spray paint and DIY! Warning: results may vary.On another note, Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.2 was just released last Monday and has proven to be a much anticipated release which can arguably be deemed ‘studio-friendly’ and ready for safe operation in the workplace. There are still a few bugs surfacing but a clean install tends to reap the best results.Lastly, the iPhone and iPod Touch firmware 1.1.4 update is just around the corner. It will at long last bring the highly anticipated SDK to the people, which means a more open environment for software development and gaming. Expect this to be released in the next couple of weeks.
